Centre Head

Location: Major City in North India

Department: Operations & Business Growth

Reports To: Area/Regional Head / Director – Centre Growth

Role Objective

The Centre Head is responsible for managing overall operations, business development, training delivery performance, and revenue achievement of the Avnipie Centre. The role focuses on ensuring the centre operates as a profitable unit by driving admissions, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining strong operational discipline, and implementing strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Growth

  • Drive monthly admissions, revenue targets, and centre profitability.

  • Plan and execute local marketing, lead generation and promotional activities.

  • Ensure conversion from enquiries to admissions through effective counselling.

  • Build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates & training partners.

  • Monitor P&L performance, cost control and operational efficiency.

2. Operations & Centre Management

  • Oversee daily centre functioning including infrastructure, scheduling and resource allocation.

  • Ensure adherence to operational standards, compliance and brand policies of Avnipie.

  • Manage financial transactions & fee collections with complete transparency.

  • Maintain centre discipline, cleanliness, safety and professional environment.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, train and motivate counsellors, faculty, marketing and support staff.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity monitoring.

  • Manage staffing, attendance, task allocation and training requirements.

4. Student & Customer Experience

  • Ensure excellent student service experience and academic delivery quality.

  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.

  • Facilitate events, seminars and placement opportunities for students.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs: admissions, revenue, expenses, productivity & feedback scores.

  • Submit weekly & monthly performance reports to management.

  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Management, Education, Marketing or related fields.

  • 4+ years of experience in similar leadership roles in the education, training, ed-tech or service industry.

  • Strong revenue management & sales leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication, people management & customer handling abilities.

  • Knowledge of local market and networking ability.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
