Consultation Bookings
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as smoothly as possible.
Cancellation Window
Consultations cancelled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the session has not already been conducted or initiated.
Cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable, but we offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule the session.
Missed or Unattended Sessions
No refunds will be issued if a client misses the scheduled session without prior notice.
If the consultant attempts to contact you and the session remains unattended, it will be marked as “completed”.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of emergencies or unavoidable situations, clients may reach out to support, and AvniPie may review exceptions at its discretion.
Courses & Digital Products
Digital products and online course materials are delivered instantly or made available promptly upon purchase. Due to the nature of such products:
Non-Refundable Policy
All digital downloads, templates, documents, and course enrollments become non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Accessing the file, login page, or viewing course content counts as "delivered".
Technical Errors or Duplicate Payments
In the event of accidental duplicate charges, transaction errors, or payment processing issues, users may request support.
Refunds for such cases may be issued upon verification, typically within 7 business days.
Unauthorized Purchases
Claims of unauthorized or accidental purchases must be reported promptly for review.
Rescheduling Policy
We provide flexibility to help ensure your consultation experience is smooth and convenient.
Free Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a consultation once at no extra cost, provided notice is given at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Last-Minute Rescheduling
Requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be considered a late modification and may not be eligible for free rescheduling.
Repeated Rescheduling
Multiple reschedule requests may require an additional fee or may be declined depending on consultant availability.
