🌱 About the Role
The Area Head – Centre Growth plays a strategic and high-impact role in driving the expansion of Avnipie centres across assigned regions. This position involves end-to-end ownership of new centre launches, managing franchise onboarding, ensuring operational readiness, and driving long-term business success for both franchise-owned and company-operated centres.
You will act as a key link between Avnipie’s leadership team, franchise partners, and internal operations teams, ensuring smooth setup, compliance, and revenue growth.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Centre Expansion & Launch
Identify potential locations for new Avnipie centres based on market research.
Develop and implement centre growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead end-to-end planning of new centre openings under:
Franchise Model
Company-Operated Model
Oversee site evaluation, infrastructure setup, branding, and pre-launch activities.
2️⃣ Franchise Acquisition & Onboarding (For Franchise Model)
Source and evaluate potential franchise partners.
Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and due-diligence.
Finalize franchise agreements and support franchisee onboarding.
Ensure franchise partners meet Avnipie operating standards, compliance, and brand guidelines.
3️⃣ Operational Excellence
Ensure each centre (franchise or company-run) is launch-ready with:
Staffing & HR support
Sales & marketing plans
Infrastructure & technology setup
Licensing & compliance
Monitor centre performance, KPIs, and revenue milestones.
4️⃣ Business Growth & Revenue
Support new centres during the first 90 days of operations.
Provide continuous guidance on sales, local marketing, and service quality.
Improve centre profitability through strategic interventions.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling & service expansion.
5️⃣ Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to Avnipie’s policies, brand standards, and compliance rules.
Conduct periodic audits of franchise and company-operated centres.
Resolve operational or compliance-related concerns promptly.
6️⃣ Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with:
Franchise partners
Internal operations teams
Local vendors & service providers
Act as the primary escalation point for centres under your region.
📌 Required Skills & Qualifications
3–10 years of experience in centre expansion, franchise operations, or retail growth roles.
Strong understanding of franchise business models & multi-centre operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Must be process-driven, well-organized, and growth-oriented.
